I want to welcome anyone in need of direction, accountability, or consistency to join me in pursuing a 75-Day challenge that consists of FIVE DAILY To-Do's: adhere to a diet of your choosing, drink a gallon of water, perform two 45-minute bouts of exercise, read 10 pages of a nonfiction book, and take progress photos.
